We are mainly a telephone and mail order service who try to process all orders on a 'NEXT DAY' delivery service.

Small lightweight orders will be despatched either by FIRST CLASS POST 'RECORDED' or by 'SPECIAL DELIVERY'.

Bulky or heavier items will be despatched by carrier.
Currently we use 'CITYLINK'

When you are ready to send your motor for 'Servicing'.......

We will undertake to strip, clean and check your motor for the cost of one hour's labour.

Following this we will forward our estimate for you to peruse.

This permits customers to evaluate whether they want work to continue or adjust the required list of items to suit their budget.

We understand the uncertainties with sending your credit card details by e-mail.

For people so concerned we prefer to fax an order acknowledgement document with your order details showing all prices and carriage & packing costs.

Alternatively we can send the order acknowledgement document by post, if you prefer.

Following this it is usual for customers to send their credit card details by return fax (or by post)

SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR YOUR MOTOR.....
All ROTAX motors have a unique serial number, usually six-digits 'STAMPED' on the crankcase.

With this serial number we can 'Pin-Point' the exact model of your ROTAX motor to ensure that you receive the correct 'PARTS LIST' and 'REPAIR MANUAL'.

Parts list copies are £7.50
Manual copies from £17.50
